The name “Bijoux de Beurre Echire,” translates to the “Jewel of Echire Butter” (Bijoux means jewels, and Beurre means butter). This boutique patisserie is dedicated to the art of crafting exquisite pastries using only the finest ingredients, with a special emphasis on the luxurious Echire butter from France.

 

Echire butter, renowned among the world’s top pastry chefs, holds the prestigious AOP designation (Appellation d'Origine Protégée or Protected Designation of Origin), guaranteeing its high quality and authenticity, and the safeguarding of its heritage by the French government. Sourced from the community of Echire in the Nouveau-Aquitaine region, west of France, this butter is celebrated for its smooth, velvety texture and a flavor profile derived from the milk of cows nourished by natural seasonal foods such as lush grass, delicate flowers and aromatic herbs.

 

Echire butter plays a starring role in our delectable desserts, infusing them with its richness and delivering an enticing, fragrant aroma during baking. It is this key ingredient that transforms our pastry creations into culinary gems that cater to a diverse range of palates, making them a favorite among individuals of all ages.
